Sunderkand

Sunderkand Path is a Hindu ritual involving the recitation of the Sundarkand, the fifth chapter of the epic Ramayana, which focuses on the adventures of Lord Hanuman. This path is performed to seek blessings, overcome obstacles, and gain strength and positivity in life by reciting the heroic deeds of Hanuman, such as his journey to Lanka to find Sita. The recitation is often accompanied by prayers, bhajans, and aarti, with Tuesdays and Saturdays being common days for the ritual.
